  • Yes, everything is supplied unless you prefer we use your own

  • A builder clean includes dust removal, vacuuming, mopping, full surface cleaning, bathroom and kitchen detailing, window and track cleaning, and finishing touches so your home is presentation-ready for handover.

  • Yes — part of a builder clean is removing trade dust, marks and residue from surfaces, floors, tracks and fixtures so the home is spotless for handover.

Website Builds

  • I build on Squarespace, Shopify, and Wix. The platform depends on your business — usually Shopify for e-commerce, and Squarespace or Wix for service-based businesses. I’ll recommend the best option once I understand what you need.

  • Most builds take 1–2 weeks, depending on how many pages you need, how much content is ready, and how many revisions you’d like

  • You’ll need your logo, brand colours, photos, written content, and a basic outline of the services or products you offer. If you don’t have everything yet, I can help guide you or create the missing pieces with you.

  • Yes. I can help write or refine your copy so everything sounds clear, professional, and aligned with your brand.

  • Yes, I offer ongoing support — things like small updates, content changes, and monthly maintenance packages if you need regular help.

  • Yes, I set up your basic SEO including page titles, descriptions, image tags, and structure. If you need deeper SEO support, we can chat about that too.

  • Yes, I can connect your domain, help with email setup, and handle all the “techy” parts so everything works smoothly.

  • No problem at all — I can help take photos for your website if you need them, or guide you through what to shoot and how to make the images look clean and professional using your phone. I can also assist with sourcing stock images.

  • Yes — all three platforms are user-friendly. I can show you how to make basic edits or give you a quick walkthrough so you feel confident updating things on your own.
    If you prefer not to manage it yourself, I also offer ongoing support and can look after your updates, content changes or monthly maintenance for you.

  • Pricing varies depending on the size of the site and the features you need. Once I know what you're after, I can send through a clear quote.
    I also have a range of website packages to choose from so you can pick what suits your business and budget best.

  • Yes — payment plans are available to make everything as manageable as possible.

  • Business and admin support can include help with general administration, organisation, systems setup, inbox or document management, basic website updates, and other practical tasks that help your business run more smoothly. Support is tailored to what you actually need.

  • No. Many clients don’t. We can talk through what’s feeling overwhelming or time-consuming and work out what support would be most helpful.

  • Decluttering and organising focuses on helping you reset and simplify your home or workspace. This can include sorting, organising, and creating systems that are practical and easy to maintain.

  • No. We work through the space together or independently, depending on what you’re comfortable with.

  • Absolutely. This service is about support, not judgment. Real life gets busy, and the goal is simply to make things feel lighter and more manageable.

  • Yes. Decluttering and organising can be combined with cleaning services if that’s what works best for you.
